Association Announcements

There are two different types of announcements on our site. Announcements made for all associations are made by site administrators and are generally about the website or something that affects every association. Announcements for your association are made either by your association board members or Casa Bella employees and are relevant to your specific association.

Rust Removal & Grass Browning

Dear Residents,

Many of you have noticed a crew working in your community who are cleaning the rust off of the units. This work is still in progress but we would like to share some important notes with you.

The cleaning chemical will brown areas of the lawn in certain spots. The crew on site is helping to mitigate that effect by using a dilluted concentration of the chemical as well as watering the lawn near the units after the cleaning is applied.

Even with these steps the lawn will still brown for a period of time. Although an unavoidable inconvenience, this browning is temporary and the lawn will return to a healthy green.

Our crew will be watching this situation very closely as we clean up the rust stains throughout the community. Any areas of lawn that struggle as a result will be repaired as necessary.

Upcoming Meeting

We have solidified a date for an upcoming association meeting with all of the community's residents.

An official letter will be sent to all residents approximately 3 weeks prior to the meeting including date, time, & location information, an agenda, and a spring update reminder.

Temporary Phone and Internet Outage

Dear Residents,

Our office experienced a telephone and internet outage from 8pm Monday, August 31st until 11am Tuesday, September 1st. If you attempted to reach us either by phone or e-mail at this time, we were unable to receive your message.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you attempted to contact us during the outage, we encourage you to contact us again at your earliest convenience so we can assist you.

Office Power Outage

Dear Homeowners,

Yesterday, February 10th, 2009, our office experienced a power outage from approximately 11am til 5pm due to a downed power line.

Although our battery backup was able to sustain our phone system and website for most of the outage, there was a short down time.

Additionally, the outage temporarily disabled our email. During this time you would have received an error from your email service if you attempted to send us an email.

As of yesterday evening our systems were back online and are functioning normally.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

E-Payment Receipts

Dear Homeowners,

You are receiving this announcement because you currently have a subscription payment setup for your monthly dues.

It has come to our attention that our policy to dispatch online payment receipts after internal processing has caused some confusion.

In response, we would like to announce that starting in February you will begin receiving your online receipts when your payment is deducted.

There is NO ACTION REQUIRED on your part. These changes will be seemless and will automatically take effect entering February.

We hope this change will make our online payment system more intuitive and easier to understand while reflecting on our continuing commitment to improve our services.
