	Condo Owner / Homeowner Select this option if you are a condominium owner or homeowner in a community association that we manage.
	Renter / Landlord Select this option if you are a renter or landlord at an individual rental property that we manage.

Condo Owners / Homeowners

You will want to select this option if you live in a community association that we manage, but have not acquired our services personally to manage your property. Under this option, your community's board of directors or developer has obtained our management services and you are simply a co-owner in that community.

Renters / Landlords

You will want to select this option if you are a landlord who has individually obtained our management services for a home that you are renting. Renters in our individual properties are also able to sign up under this customer type. If you are a renter and are not sure if we are managing your home or simply the community your rented home is located, please contact us for clarification.
