Automatic Payments
Create Subscription
First, please read all of the following notes about subscriptions so that you have a clear understanding of how the system works prior to subscribing. If you find that you have any questions about
this process, we encourage you to contact us prior to subscribing to this service. Once you feel that you have a clear understanding of how
our automatic billing process works, simply fill out the form in its entirety with the options you feel are the most appropriate.
Using a Credit Card: Our Automatic Payment service also offers credit card payments. Since the form is so similar we have not included it in the demo, but it would be available in the official version of our site.
The first payment: If you are signing up for this subscription between the 1st and 9th of the month, the default start date will process your first payment this month. If you have already made your payment
for this month, you must set the start month of the subscription to next month if it has not already been set for you.
Can I cancel this anytime?: Yes. This is a free service offered to you for your convenience. You may cancel the automatic payment at any time with no charges easily from your My Page. Once you
have successfully created this subscription, a new table of information will be available in your My Page for this subscription with a link to cancel at any time.
How Much Should I Pay?: The amount you enter to pay on a subscription basis should be your monthly association dues. If you have an outstanding balance with us, do not use this feature to pay it off. Use either our credit card or our direct payment features to pay off your balance and
then sign up for a subscription for only your assigned monthly dues or vice-versa.
Again, we encourage you to contact us before creating your subscriptions if any of these notes are unclear.
Demo User Note: This is just a sample of the automatic payment form on the actual site. When you make a payment on our real site, it will be a secure page while the demo is not.
By clicking the button below, I authorize Casa Bella Property Management to charge my bank account for the amount I specified above beginning on the date I specified above until I cancel my subscription for the automatic payment of my outstanding balance and / or monthly dues.

Our web payment services is a secure page. Depending on the browser you are using you will see a padlock that indicates
you are in fact on our secure website. Our certificate is issued for https://secure.casabellamanagement.com, if you were linked to this page through an email
and received a certificate error or do not see the padlock on your browser indicating this is a secure site, please do not proceed with a credit card payment and
contact us immediately for verification that you are on our site and not a victim of a phishing attempt.
Your Privacy
We do not in any way store your credit card information on our website. This is done purposely to help ensure your protection in the event that your username and password
combination is compromised. Your information is only used at the moment of the encrypted transaction. As such you will be forced to manually enter your credit card information each time you wish
to make a credit payment on our site.
